A ward reported that all of the users on MLS are gone. Has anyone seen this or know of a solution?

I had this same problem a week ago. The solution referenced above did the trick. I would also suggest that you send an Email around to the other wards in the stake (if you are the STS) and warn them about this problem.

I understand that this issue is being addressed by CHQ and a resolution will made in a future update of the MLS software.
Have you read the Code of Conduct?

The solution has already been posted. It might be wise to remember that the most common cause of this problem is the improper shutdown of MLS. This is one place where patience really is a virtue.

Several of our clerks who have been methodical and patient have never had this problem, in spite of terribly slow computers. The impatient ones are the ones who call and say, "I did it again. How did you way to fix that?" [grin]
