Make sure you have updated your Member Tools app. The church released an update within the past day or so which should fix the missing pics problem. I haven't been having any recent problems seeing pics with my android phone, but others have reported recent problems on both android and iOS. If the latest update doesn't fix it for you, please provide feedback from within the app - that feedback provides app and general OS info to help them troubleshoot.
