"Not Authorized" Message flashes continuously

Whenever I try to access our Ward Directory and Map, I get this message flashing continuously, and I cannot access either the map or the directory:

The message:
"Not Authorized
Ward Directory and Map is not available. Please consult your ward clerk to update your membership information."

I am an assistant ward clerk for membership records. I can access membership records there, but not as a member.

Any thoughts?

Quite likely the "cookie buildup" issue. Try using incognito/private mode. If that works, delete all cookies associated with churchofjesuschrist.org.
