Problem with checks in MLS
I have input 3 checks in the spending section of MLS, every time I close MLS a message pops up saying that 3 checks need to be sent. I clicked Send/Receive and it does not do anything. I tried several times Send/Receive and nothing changed about the 3 checks. It keeps reminding me that I need to send them everytime I close MLS. Can anyone help? thanks

I have seen this problem occur a couple of times in the past. I don't know if you are experiencing the same issue, but it does sound quite similar. It was fixed as follows: I called Clerk Support, and they sent down to our MLS on our next S/R a flag which then caused the database to be sent to Clerk Support on the next S/R. Then they prepared a database update script, which came down on the next S/R, updating the database. Then finally on the next S/R, the checks were transmitted. Yes, if I am remembering correctly, that was 4 transmissions to fix the problem. But it did clean up the problem.
