Has this been resolved or is member IT assistance non-existent?

Those of us who participate on the Forum are regular church members like yourself, with no special connection to "member IT assistance". Open member tools, click on “more” lower right corner, click on tools, download stake and ward information. Fixed mine. I was not able to get member info.
