What is the web site that has all the church software on it for new clerk PC?

Access is only granted to the Stake Technology Specialist.
If you are setting up a new pc then you'll need the Desktop Installation disks that Church HQ provides. The stake technology specialist should have these. If you are that person and do not have them then contact the membership department of the church and they can send them to you, through your stake president.

The Church will also send them directly to the stake technology specialist.
