Accessing local brasilian WS I got such an error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e07'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.

Yes, the Brazilian web site have a problem since January 1st, 2009. I will contact the manager of the Brazil Area ICS Office on Monday because Church Offices in São Paulo will open only that day.
