Executive secretary handling fast off funds
Is the executive secretary able to handle fast offering checks? For example: Can he retrieve a precut and pre-signed check and give it to the recipient?

I don't know of anything that would specifically prohibit it. But there is a general principal of confidentiality as described in Handbook 2 section 6.4 that should likely be considered.

I can't think of anything either. However, I think it would be a good practice to place the check in an envelope with the member's name on it. That way, the details are hidden from view.
