Hi:

Is there anyway to print the batch report for donations after the batch has already been transmitted and closed?

Sure. Just go to View/Update Donations, and click on the blue underlined date for the specific batch. This will open up the batch. Then select the Batch Report link on the left side, and click the Print button.

I'm happy to help. And by the way, welcome to the forum -- hopefully you will find it to be a good resource.

Regarding HQ's response, I wonder if they thought you were asking about the Transmission Report -- if you don't print that when you are given the opportunity immediately after a transmission, you can never print it again.

Fortunately Batch Reports and Deposit Reports can be reprinted whenever you'd like.

I thought I was pretty clear with them, but you never know. I could have written it wrong, who knows. But, I can correct it going forward.

thanks again. I just discovered this resource. This is great.
