The bishop cannot log onto LCR in the clerk's office. The clerk can but the stake clerk cannot.
The bishop check on the stake clerk computer and it works fine as well as on his home computer. We cleaned up the drive to reset the settings and tried on both windows explorer and chrome

What happens when the bishop or the stake clerk tries to log in?
Could it be something wrong with the keyboard that prevents them from entering their password?

I starts to load the page but only the top line shows up and then it quits. It seems to work fine for the ward clerk and it works fine for all of us on the stake computer.

All I can think of is clear the cache and cookies. Something on that computer must be poisoned.
