Stake Conference Attendance Reporting
One of the fields in the stake conference reporting form asks for Stake Population. Should this number include members of record age 9 or over even though they are not included on the Unit Statistics Report or the Quarterly Report? Thanks.

Re: Stake Conference Attendance Reporting
I have always used the number on the Unit Statistics or Quarterly Report, unless the stake president or other presiding authority has suggested otherwise.rscroggin wrote:Stake Population. Re: Stake Conference Attendance Reporting
Our Stake has a Stake Conference Broadcast today. Is there a need to count the number of folks attending the Conference? And if so, where do I input that number into the system?

Re: Stake Conference Attendance Reporting
We had our "3rd Stake Conference" Broadcast last year. There was no official reporting that had to be submitted to Church Headquarters. However, your stake president may want to know the attendance so he can track it.
