Custom Report -- Part Member Families

The Full Time Missionaries assigned to our ward have asked for a list of part member families. Has anyone been successful in creating a custom report that would generate this that you would be willing to share the parameters for?

You can find one such report here. Note that it only looks at the spouse. I don't know if there's any way to check for non-member children living at home. If they're not members, they don't have a record. Children on the parent's records could be living somewhere else.
