LDS Account Issues - (CCB)

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. LDS Account Issues - (CCB)

I'm trying to set up an LDS Account for my daughter to start online seminary.
It's indicates there is already an account with her MRN #.

I do not recall the UN or PW for it.

How can I reset the account and creat a NEW account or is there a phone # I can call to talk with someone to work through it.

Use the "forgot username" link on the login page and use the MRN option to recover that username.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
