Site won't allow me to enter Membership Number

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Site won't allow me to enter Membership Number

When I try to add my record number it claims that I'm not a member. I've been a member my whole life and have never been excommunicated either, so I don't understand why it's not accepting my number.

Is it not allowing you to enter it, or is it not accepting it?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
