Login problems

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Login problems

I am able to login to this forum without any problem but with the same credentials I cannot login to family search.org. I get an error each time - password or username error. If I check the username via SMS, I get the same username. When I then click forgot my password, I get a "user does not exist" message. Any ideas??

I'm having the same problem. I hope this is fixed soon. I just installed the Legacy Family Tree Genealogy program and would like to connect it with Family Seach.
