I have approval to attend a ward that's outside of my ward boundaries. I want to find the approval from the General Authorities.

Have you asked your bishop about it?

What do you mean by "a ward that's outside of my ward boundaries"? If we're talking about a language or singles ward, as long as you're in the area they cover, you're OK.

If we're talking about a conventional family ward, start by talking to your bishop (he'll have to approve it). He can find the process in Handbook 1: 13.6, second paragraph. Spoiler alert: it has to be approved by the leaders involved and the office of the first presidency.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

If it truly has been approved by the First Presidency, your stake president will have received a response from them by letter or email.
