Attach membership number to lds account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Attach membership number to lds account

Every time I try to add my membership number to my account, I get the message that my session has timed out. I have logged out and back in several times and I get this message every time. I need to complete this so that I can sign up for Pathway Connect. Help???
