Our bishop need to contact the bishop of a member who has moved out of our ward.
Is this possible?

If you know the unit that member has moved to, he can look it up in CDOL.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If the member still shows on the Members Moved Out report (i.e. they moved within the last 12 months) then the bishop or clerk can see it in LCR on that report. It will show the unit they moved to and clicking on that unit will list the bishop's contact info.
