I have a sister in my ward who, for various reasons, has her records in another ward. She isn't moving into our ward.
She would like a blessing certificate for her daughter. I have all the info (membership number, birthdate, blessing date, full names of all, etc.)
Is there anyway to print this online or do I need to go via phone and paper trail with the previous ward's clerk/bishop?

Re: Printing Blessing Certificate
Unless the blessing was done in your ward, I'd suggest you have her work with the ward that has her membership record.

Re: Printing Blessing Certificate
In MLS you could print a blessing certificate if you had the necessary information. But in LCR you must have the membership record for the child.
