My son, Barrett, needs to set up his LDS account. About a year ago, his YM Leader tried to set it up with his member # for family history, it did not work, but when we went to set his account up it says its is already set up with his member #. What do we do?

Go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org/ and click the "Forgot your username?" link. Select the MRN recovery method. Once you have the username select "I don't know my password" and again use the MRN recovery option to reset the password.
