Merge Accounts

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Merge Accounts

Hello! For some reason I have two accounts and I need to get them merged. I started paying tithing on one of them that has my record number associated with it, but then for some reason another account was opened and I've been paying on that account for the past 15 months. It has come to my attention that my tithing through my ward is only showing the first account which I haven't used for over a year. Can someone help me with this?

Speak with your ward clerk and ask him to contact the Global Service Center on your behalf. They will be able to combine the accounts. Make sure they know you need them combined, because you have donated under both accounts.
