i am listed as a nonmember, how do i change that????

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I think it's as simple as going to ldsaccount.lds.org and adding your MRN to your account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I have attempted many times to update my mrn, but this still does not work???

Contact your ward clerk and have him help you or contact the Global Service Center for you to get it resolved.
