Audit or log for Home Teaching Changes

I did some searching and didn't see anything on this topic but I thought I would ask here and see if anyone has ideas or if this might be a future feature of the "leader and clerk resources" tool. We ran into a situation where someone changed a companionship's families. It wasn't brought to our attention until several months later. It would be great if we could see who made the change and on what date. Then we could question them and see if this was intentional or accidental. I tried running a change report to see recent changes but they happened more than a month ago so that didn't work.

This feature has been requested before. I would suggest that you use the Feedback link to send the suggestion. That way those who make these kinds of decisions will see it and be able to consider it.
