Hello,
I'm running Windows 10 x64 and I just downloaded the Gospel Library app from the Windows Store. The app opens just fine, but when I press Book of Mormon a popup window appears and says There was a problem downloading "The Book of Mormon". I press the details drop down arrow and this is what it shows:

The best way to resolve these kinds of issues is to send feedback through the Gospel Library app itself. That feedback will get to the developers most quickly.

The Gospel Library content server is down, affecting Gospel Library for iOS, Android, and Windows. The problem has been identified and should be resolved within the next 4–5 hours.

Any update here? We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the APP to mitigate the issue, but now we can't download anything cause of the server issue. ETA on those coming back up?

A reading of the post by sbradshaw immediately before yours answers your question. It was posted at 10:04 am, Mountain time, so based on his estimate I would guess around 2:00 or 3:00 pm Mountain time they may have the issue resolved.

Gospel Library content is back.

The content still cannot be downloaded. I have tried downloading on 2 different devices (a tablet and a PC), with 2 different logins (a local and a domain), but I still get the 404 error for anything I try to download.

It worked for a while in the evening but appears to be broken again. I'll ping the developer. Sounds like it's going to be a fun weekend...

Things are back (for now). It may be a nightly script that's causing the content to get cleared from the production server. If that's the case, hopefully the developer will be able to get it figured out before Sunday.
