Ward Boundary Change

My records have been moved to the new ward, but when I go to make an online donation, the previous ward is displayed.
In the settings, it tells me this:
To make any changes to your name, address or assigned Stake/Ward, please contact your Ward clerk.
If my membership record is already in the correct ward, what more can the Wark clerk do to remedy this? Do I need to make a physical donation in the new ward before I can continue to make online donations?

There's three possibilities: Your records haven't moved, it may take a day or so before the move syncs, or the account you're using is tied to someone else's MRN.

When you go to the Directory or the Calendar, what ward appears? Those will also change when you change wards.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
