missing phone numbers

My Ward's individual membership records are in order with accurate addresses and phone numbers for each individual member. When I print a complete Ward list, some of the phone numbers do not appear on the list.
Please explain the problem and the solution so the print out will contain all phone numbers.

There's two issues to look at:
There are two phone numbers: individual and household. You may want to research which number your particular report uses.

Second, is the issue of privacy setting. You should be able to see everyone's phone numbers, but not all members will be able to see numbers set as "leadership only". There may also be some options when printing that determine if "private" numbers are printed.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
