Destroyed phone. Can't turn off 2-step verification.

Destroyed phone. Can't turn off 2-step verification.

My phone was run over and now I can't log onto my account. I have two-step verification. It locked me out, since I can't get a text on my phone now. I can't even get onto my account to change anything. I have important missionary info coming that is time sensitive. How can I disable the two-step verification?
