Getting Access to Welfare Services

Hello I am the second counselor of the Relief Society in my ward and recently the Bishop added me along with the Relief Society President to do Food Orders in case the President wasn't available to do the food orders i could fill them out. for some reason i dont have access to welfare services so that i can fill out and order. What can I do?

I believe only the RS President has access to that form. Not counselors.

According to the Welfare Services Setting Overview (https://www.lds.org/help/support/welfar ... s?lang=eng) the Bishop can designate anyone in the ward to assist with processing Food Orders. The procedures are listed in the Welfare Services Setting Overview.

If the bishop has given you access (may take up to 24-hrs after he gives access for the permissions flow through all the systems), you should be able to generate a food order after you log in to LCR:
1. In the tabs along the top, select "Other" | "Bishops' Orders and Referrals"
2. Click on the "+ Food Order" button on the right side (just below your ward name) to start a new food order
