Syncing data now limited to only 10 units in the stake

I use an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.12 ( the latest available for that phone) and I use Ward Tools 2.5.1. The sync screen has recently changed to only allowing the selection of 10 units out of my stake. I am a Stake Employment Specialist and it does not help if I cannot see the listings for all of the units in the stake!! If I sync for the 10 units allowed, then try to sync the other units, the original 10 disappear. How can I sync all of the units in the Stake? This has only been a problem in the last week or so. I used to be able to sync all of the units.

Ward Tools or LDS Tools? Big difference.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I'm surprised they're still around. Ward Tools is not church software. The export they originally depended on disappeared. If they're downloading via web, I'd think they'd get a phone call asking them to take it down. The church frowns on 3rd party software that uses church data.

I have this same issue using LDSTools. My Stake has 12 Units and I can only see 10. I can not see Stake info either.

I'd suggest you use the in-app feedback to report the problem. It will also send some diagnostic info to help the developers.

Are you out-of-unit leaders, or is it your regular home stake you can't see all the wards for?

You might try using the in-app "Contact Us" option to send feedback to the support team.

It is my regular home stake. Used to be able to sync the entire stake a few weeks ago in the same app. Didn't have to select up to ten units. I will try the "contact us" approach.
