I recieve a message
"downloading, this may take a couple of minutes, depending on your connection."
i cannot recieve the download nor can I login.
the all appears to be frozen without progress.
any ideas?

What are you trying to download?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Sounds like the LDS Tools app? You might try syncing later in the day or on a different day. Sometimes things get bogged down on Sunday mornings.
