MRN WRONG
[s[/s] trying to make a acc for my wife and it keeps saying the MRN IS WRONG OR THE BIRTHDAY WHICH IS NOT ... I KNOW MY WIFE BIRTHDAY AND I GOT HER MRN FRON HER TEMPLE RECOMMEND AND CHURCH WEBSITE ... CAN SOMEBODY HELP PLEASE ....

I know my MRN is correct and my Birthday are. correct it says I have attempted to many times

Check with your ward clerk and make sure her birthdate is correctly recorded on her membership record.
Also, the error usually says that the MRN or birthdate is incorrect or the MRN is already in use by another account. There are several websites that all use LDS Account and it isn't always obvious that they do. So she may have made an account and didn't realize it. You can use the 'Forgot your username?' link on the login page and the MRN recovery option to see if there she already has an account. If so, she can reset then reset the password and get access to it.
