Creating Accounts for my Children

Our Young Women's leaders have asked that I sign up my daughters with an LDS account to track their Personal Progress online. How do I do this if neither has their own email address or phone number? It says it requires a different email and/or phone number for each person.

Neither is needed. If you look closely there is an "optional" box around those fields. If you do not provide either, a subsequent screen will ask you to authenticate as a parent with your LDS account and/or MRN information.
