Household name is not our last name on LDS tools?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Household name is not our last name on LDS tools?

Our names are [redacted] but our Household is [redacted]. I don't know how that happened and how to fix it.

I have edited your post to remove the names you had in there. This is a public forum, so that information was visible to anyone.

Contact your ward clerk. He needs to update your household name in Leader and Clerk Resources.
