Member List Access

The Access Table shows that Stake Presidencies such as the Stake Young Women Presidency should have access to Member Lists in LCR. Our Stake Young Women Presidency can access the area, but in Organizations they only see adult organizations and not the Young Women or Young Men. As Stake Clerk I have access to the Youth organizations. Shouldn't they have access to those lists? and if so, how can we get them access?

The Access Table only lists whether a calling has access to a portion of LCR. It doesn't specify whether the information they can view in that section is limited. In this case it is. Only the stake presidency and stake clerks have access to youth information for youth outside their own ward. According to the first question in the LCR FAQ this is intentional because the Stake YW and YM presidencies have responsibility to train the leaders and do not have responsibility over the youth themselves.

You can submit feedback about the issue in LCR but these types of decisions are made by the general priesthood authorities with responsibility over records and is in accord with the handbook so it is fairly unlikely it will change.
