List function does not work at Stake Level

List function does not work at Stake Level
I use to be able to make a list of people to visit or interview at the stake level across multiple wards since the latest up date I can not do this? Why did this happen? Can it get it back? Is there a work around or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

Which OS are you using? iOS or Android?

What happens when you try to create a list with people from different wards (what type of error are you seeing)?
