not getting Ensign to kindle anymore

I have been receiving the Ensign to my Kindle for a couple of years now. It quit coming as of last month, why? Have I messed something up?

You probably need to update your GL program. The content source for the older versions are not being updated as timely - if they're updated at all.

My mom is having the same problem on her Kindle. She cannot get any of the March 2017 magazines. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling gospel library--no luck. Any other suggestions?

What kind of Kindle do you have, and what version of the operating system is it running?
What version of Gospel Library do you have installed?

I'm having the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (SM-G360T) phone. Android version 5.1.1

I have GL 3.2.14.0

My March Ensign finally arrived, but conference talks have not yet arrived, and my wife's older android tablet already has General Conference on her device.

What do you suggest?

Gospel Library 3 is using an old content format/channel that's being phased out. To make sure you get the newest content, you'll need to update to Gospel Library 4.
