Is there a way to generate past unit statistics, either on a Ward or Stake level? Trying to find out how many YSA members were in the Stake from a previous quarter.

Not that I've ever heard of. You might be able to use the move out report to get try and work backwards to find the numbers.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

The quarterly report should have that number. I'm not sure how far back quarterly reports are available online. Our ward is new so we only have a few quarters since we were formed.

At LCR you can go back 15 years, if your unit was around that long.

For the question at hand, you would have to go to each quarterly report and pick off the YSA number.
