Recovery option not available

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Recovery option not available

I've tried to recover my account using membership record number recovery but still I can't recover it. Something will appear saying the recovery option isn't available. What will I do?

You'll need to work with your ward clerk, who can call the Global Service Center on your behalf.
