Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Recovery not available for this account

I cannot recover my username or password because I keep getting the message that "Online recovery is not available for this account". I am using my wife's account to post this because the site refers me to the forum for additional help but you are required to login to access the forum. Who can I contact to access my account if none of the suggested recovery methods are allowed for my account?

Contact your ward clerk. He can put you in touch with the Global Service Center where they will be able to sort out all of it.
