Report for sealings

I am a stake clerk and the stake president is asking about how to get a report on couples sealed within the last 12 months. I have not been able to find any way of doing this. Any suggestions.

I don't know any way of generating a report with just those couples. However, you can probably get the information using a custom report.

Create a custom report and set the criteria to those with a Marriage Status of "Sealed to Spouse". Then add the name and "Sealing to Spouse" columns to the report. Do not group by household. Then run the report. This will give you everyone in the stake who has been sealed but if you click on the "Sealing to Spouse" column you can sort by that column. Click it once or twice so that it is sorted in descending order. Then do a print preview and check so see how many pages you need to print to get the most recent 12 months. Just print those pages and you'll have a report that has the people you want (and possible a few more).

Alternatively you can save the custom report to a file and then pull the CSV file into a spreadsheet and delete everyone with a sealing over 12 months.

Note that custom reports can only be done on MLS, currently.
