wont let my grandson sign in

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. wont let my grandson sign in

My grandson has been trying to sign in to pay tithing on line and it wont let him sign in. it keeps going back to my sign in page.

Odds are your grandson is supplying the wrong information (or, perhaps he's pressing "enter" so it's his name and your password) - so it's refusing his login. Your browser has memorized your login, so every time it goes to that page, your information appears.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
