Unable to update Membership Record Number

My membership record number cannot be updated and saved on my LDS account. I have previously registered without entering my MRN. When updating and saving my MRN, a pop up window appears indicating the account already exists. Please delete or override my previous LDS account and retain my new account.

Hi, you'll need to work with your clerk, who can call the Global Service Center on your behalf to get the other account deleted or merged.
