Member record shows in LCR but not in MLS

Member record shows in LCR but not in MLS
Two weeks ago, a couple's records were moved into my ward using LCR but they still are not listed in MLS after numerous Send/Receive attempts and repeat logins. I am seeing the same problem with another member's record but a YW record moved into my ward just a couple of days ago does appear in MLS. What would cause this? I need the couple's record to show in MLS so I can add a newly blessed infant to their household and that capability does not yet exist in LCR.

I'd suggest doing a Unit Data Refresh in MLS. That should fix the problem.
Also make sure MLS is at the current version. If you get a prompt asking if "RTPatch" can run, allow it.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Thanks for the suggestion! I found the Unit Data Refresh option and that did the job.
