Access denied error

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Access denied error

Periodically my account gives me an access denied error on pages I used to be able to access. I have tried closing the browser and logging in again but nothing seems to help until one day it magically fixes itself. Any ideas? I don't always have the time to just wait for days until it fixes itself.

Have you tried a different browser? Also, have you tried connecting to the internet from different places (assuming it's a portable computer)?
