Stake wide Budget Allowance Summary by Ward

Our Stake President has asked me to prepare a Budget Allowance Summary that has each wards report and then a consolidated report. Is there a way to obtain the Budget Allowance Summary report through LCR? Is there any way to upload it to Excel sheets to make it easier to do a consolidated worksheet if one is not available on LCR.
