What are you seeing? Does it give you an error (if so, what does the error say), or does it crash the app, or is it just taking a long time to sync and nothing happens?
Another thing to try, to see if the problem is with your account or with the app – are you able to see anything if you go to LDS.org/directory in a regular web browser?
