Signature card missing clerk

According to the organization listing we have the Ward Clerk, and two assistant ward finance clerks. One of the assistants listed as an assistant finance clerk has been on the signature card for years, but is not included on the current list as a signatory. How can this be resolved?

The system will only recognize one assistant ward clerk - finance. It will accept more than one assistant ward clerk (not identified for finance only permissions).

What system are you talking about? Something directly related to the signature card? Because it is definitely the case that LCR allows for more than one person to have the standard calling of "Ward Assistant Clerk--Finance".

There is no standard calling for "assistant finance clerk" -- there is only "Ward Assistant Clerk--Finance". That is the calling used for all financial clerks -- there is no other finance-related option for clerks in a ward.

Yes, it is possible to have more than one "Ward Assistant Clerk--Finance". We have had two (I am one of them) for over two years with not problems, access or an others.
