US Tax Statement

We have been working on printing out our ward tax statement. The instructions say to print the per-generated form. However, when we click the form their are only ten members listed. When I go to generate my own statement it won't load, even after hours of waiting. I was wondering if maybe we are trying to print them to early, or if we need to apply some kind of fix?

I'm surprised you have a pre-generated form for 2016. We don't. Last year they weren't available until almost the end of January.

Note that the pre-generated for won't include those who have indicated they will print their own forms. If you think that most of your members have done that then you might only have a few left.
