LCR Permissions by calling

#1

Post by kai4785 »

As a ward clerk, I'm finding that as individuals get called to new callings, more and more often they are looking for online resources. Is there some place I can go to see which callings have which permissions in LCR?

Right now the only source of information with regards to which callings have what permissions in LCR is to sit next to them while they log into LCR. For instance, the Deacons Quorum Advisor and Ward Mission Leader seem to have no permissions at all to log into LCR, but I don't know if it's because I updated their calling 15 seconds before they logged into LCR, or if that actually means they have no permissions in LCR. It is unexpected to me that the Deacons Quorum Advisor can't print roles or see birthdays, and that the Ward Mission Leader can't see the list of Ward Missionaries. I would like to verify that actually expected behavior.

Permissions can take a day or two before they happen. The computers have to hold their correlation meeting first.

In LCR, under "other", you can find an access table which will give you some idea about what rights they should have.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
