I am trying to change my Contact Settings. When I try to correct my email address I get the message "A user with this account information already exists. If you need help recovering your account, please visit our help page". The help page is of NO value. How do I find that other account using this email address?????

On the login page, click on "forgot username" and use the email option to recover the account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
